About Me

Hey, I’m Tash — the face behind @njoy_health!
I’m a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and nutritionist with a deep passion for women’s health and for helping you feel good in your body, not just look a certain way.
My path here hasn’t been linear. I completed a bachelor and honours degree in nutrition and health science, then spent nearly a decade working as a chef in fine dining and catering. I’ve grown flowers, made wine, and lived a few different versions of myself along the way.
Now based on the Mornington Peninsula, I’m stepping into a new chapter. One that feels grounded, intentional, and full-circle.
@njoy_health is about full-circle wellbeing, not just what you do in the gym, but what you eat, how you think, how you feel, and how you live. It’s about strengthening the whole house, not just one room. Mental health, nourishment, joyful movement. It all matters.
